Be smart, wash your hands regularly, wear your mask in public places, and keep your social distancing going. This is the ONLY way we’ll make it through together!
During this VERY difficult time for everyone our Aerial State team strives to provide a clean and safe protocol for you, your clients, and our photographers. Below are a few of the actions we are taking to have the most comfortable and safe experience while we work in residences and/or businesses:
Safety First. Always.
Safety continues to be our main priority. Aerial State Media will continue to accept photography appointments and will take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of everyone we come in contact with. Foremost, we will continue to monitor and follow CDC Guidelines. We also ensure our photographers will sanitize their hands before and after their appointments in addition wearing latex medical gloves and optional masks (per request of homeowner) as added protection for all parties involved.
If you hire us to enter your client’s residence and/or business, we ask that all non-essential persons be removed from the space no less than 30 minutes before our arrival. This may sound extreme but we do feel that certain actions are necessary at this time and thank you for understanding.
Help Us Help You
When you schedule your appointment with us, please pass along our Photoshoot Checklist to your client so they can have their home or business photo-ready. Providing this checklist will alleviate all eye-sores from the shots as our photographers will be drastically minimizing and/or not moving any objects throughout the home/business. Help us prepare your client – we still want your images to be awesome.
A Virtual Alternative
Encourage buyers to ‘virtually’ walk-through your property for sale. Matterport and Zillow 3D virtual models allow outside traffic to a sellers home to be kept at a minimum. We can easily scan the home and have the 3D model online within 24 hours, ready for you to list. All of our photographers are trained in this technology and this alternative helps the buyer, seller, and agent collectively during these unprecedented times. Learn More
